We both came hurt and overwhelmed, in the middle of ending our marriage. We left feeling hopeful and that God was moving in our marriage. It was great to just focus on us, on our marriage, and to understand we needed to focus on Jesus and ourselves.
This was our first cruise and a wonderful life changing week. We are excited about what God is going to do in our marriage as we go vertical. The content was excellent. The entertainment was top notch! The daily projects were so much fun and most we could touch on again. I think we left the ship equipped for what God has for us.
God touched our marriage in ways far greater than I anticipated. I know we were prayed for and I am so grateful for all the work physically and spiritually you all did in preparation for the week. God touched my husband and our marriage in a profound way. We celebrated our 40th anniversary on the cruise and will definitely start saving in hopes to join you again in a few years. We leave filled up and blessed. Blessings on you all!
We reconnected, relaxed, rediscovered, renewed, realigned, romanced, and remembered! It was just what we needed to be able to focus on just each other for awhile. Being weighed down by many difficult circumstances these past few years, we needed encouragement from God’s Word. It was good of God to hit the refresh button for us!
This was one of the best weeks of our 23 year marriage - the time to invest in our relationship was so rich & our relationship is in a better place than before & I have hope that this time has set us on a new trajectory in our walks w/ God & each other.
The LLYMI cruise is/was a time of rest, reconnecting and rejuvenation for us. We never had a honeymoon so this was like a honeymoon for us and the first time we had been away from our children for an extended period of time. We thoroughly enjoyed our time together, meeting new couples, worshipping with other couples & the beautiful ship. We can’t wait to come back again. Thank you LLYMI!!
We deeply enjoyed the main sessions, and we’re actually not frequent church-goers, so it was very welcoming and wholesome. It’s leading us into a deeper spirituality and more possibilities.
Amazing time as a couple, plenty of undistracted conversation time, deeper intimacy and just a focus on the Lord and US! It totally brought us back together in areas that we didn’t realize we were apart.
