What will I need to travel?
1. Proof of Identity
Proper travel documentation is required at embarkation and throughout the cruise and is the responsibility of the guest. Any guest traveling without proper documentation will not be allowed to board the vessel, and no refund of the cruise fare will be issued.
U.S. citizens are encouraged to show a U.S. passport. A PASSPORT is the easiest form of ID and is recommended. If you do not have a passport, you should be prepared to provide a valid government-issued photo ID (i.e. Driver’s License) and proof of U.S. citizenship in the form of a government-issued (not hospital-issued) U.S. birth certificate.
It is important that guest names on travel documents be identical to those on the cruise booking. Otherwise, proof of name change (i.e. a marriage license) AND a valid driver’s license or government-issued photo ID must be presented.

2. Boarding Pass and Luggage Tags
Please note that you will not receive a cruise ticket booklet. You will receive a letter by mail that includes your Booking Number by approximately 6 weeks prior to the sailing. You will use your Booking Number to complete the Carnival FunPass Registration online. The Carnival FunPass is a timesaving pre-arrival check-in system that collects citizenship and return travel arrangement information from every cruise passenger. FunPass Registration is required. Please follow the steps below to complete the FunPass Registration.
- Go to www.Carnival.com, and click on the “Manage” tab near the top of the page.
- Once on the next page, click on “Booking Quick Access” near the bottom of the page. Please put all of your information into the pop-up box, and click "Submit". (Your Individual Booking Number will be required, and there is only one Booking Number per stateroom.)
- On the next page, under "To-Do List", click on the down arrow next to "View Details", and select "Online Check-In". Then, begin entering information for all guests in the stateroom, as requested.
- Once all of your information has been submitted, your check-in process will be complete. You will be able to “Print & Save My Cruise Documents”, including your FunPass Boarding Pass and Luggage Tags.
If you are unable to print your Boarding Pass or your Luggage Tags, please call Carnival Customer Service at 1-800-764-7419, and they will be able to assist you. If you need additional Luggage Tags, the porters will have them for you when you arrive at the Port of Miami.
You must complete FunPass registration by 11:59 pm (EST) on February 10, 2018; however, it is highly recommended that you complete the check-in at least 4 days prior to the sailing to allow time for any necessary corrections to your guest information, if applicable. Your FunPass will be your initial boarding pass.

Additionally, the option to add cancellation for any reason is available. After a stateroom has been reserved with the required deposit, a complementary insurance quote will be included in your confirmation invoice. You will have 14 days from the date of deposit to evaluate and purchase the insurance by clicking the link provided or by calling our Guest Services Team at 855-208-8822.

Download the Pregnancy Notification Form if you will be pregnant for the cruise.
Download the Oxygen Assist Acknowlegement Form if you will be bringing oxygen assist for health reasons (BiPAP, CPAP, Concentrator, Nebulizer, etc.)
Refrigeration for medication and sharps container needs are handled on board the ship. Medi-coolers are obtained at the Carnival Guest Services Desk on board and sharps containers are provided by housekeeping by contacting your room steward.
